Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within the first 24 hours after placing it. Contact our support team as soon as possible to cancel your order.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Consumables
  • Personal care and beauty items
  • Creams, serums, and oils
  • Foot and nail care items
  • Shampoos and conditioners
  • Grooming tools and bath accessories
  • Oral hygiene products
  • Fragrances, earrings, bracelets, and jewelry
  • Intimate care products

We also do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please note that results from using our products may vary based on factors such as lifestyle, diet, genetics, and existing health conditions. Therefore, we are unable to offer a satisfaction guarantee.

Returning Unused Items

If you wish to return an item, it must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item should also be in the same packaging as received. Please note, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team for return instructions. Do not ship the product back to the manufacturer directly without prior communication.

Damaged or Defective Products

We place great emphasis on the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team right away. Be sure to include your order number and provide a photo of the damaged item so we can assess the issue and resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
